What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 50 hats per design. This allows us to manufacture your hats from the ground up instead of decorating pre-made blanks.
Are these blank hats with my logo added?
No. Untitled Goods specializes in fully custom headwear. You can customize the hat style, fabrics, colors, artwork, decoration, closures, labels, interior details and more. We build the hat to your specifications.
Do I need to have a finished design?
No. If you have a logo, you have enough to get started. Quick Build can turn your artwork into a starting concept, or you can work with our team to develop the details.
Can I design my hat online?
Yes. Our custom hat builder lets you choose your style, fabrics, colors, artwork, decoration techniques and finishing details while seeing your concept come together. Start with Quick Build for the easiest route or use the Full Configurator for complete control.
How much do custom hats cost?
The base hat starts at $13 per unit at our 50-piece minimum, down to $10 per unit at 500 pieces — before materials, decoration and any custom details you add. Build your hat in the configurator to see your exact price update live, based on fabric, decoration techniques, quantity and interior details.
How long does production take?
Production takes approximately 5–7 weeks after your design and production details are approved, plus shipping time to your location.
What happens after I submit my design?
Your submission comes to the Untitled Goods team for review. We'll check the design, artwork, decoration choices and production details before moving it into manufacturing. If anything needs to be adjusted to produce the best result, we'll work through it with you.
What if I don't want to design it myself?
You don't have to. Use Quick Build to get a concept from your logo or choose Talk to a Designer and we'll help you put the project together.
